Chris obtained his Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 2004 after graduating from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He then took his passion for helping others into the World of Real Estate.

Prince Realty was subsequently established in the winter of 2004 through the efforts of Chris and Tim Tompkins. The company name was derived from the acquisition and remodeling of the company’s current office located on the corner of East Avenue and Prince Street in Rochester’s historic East Avenue neighborhood.

During his time with Prince Realty, Chris has gained a wide range of experience in both the Residential and Commercial markets. He has successfully represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in all facets of Real Estate.

Chris’ ability to deliver based on his clients needs is what fuels their overwhelming satisfaction.
